What is the statute of limitations on calling something a dessert?  I mean, if I ate dinner thirty minutes ago and just realized we have ice-cream in the freezer, could I justify that as a dessert, or would that just be a snack?  Am I continuing the three course nature of my dinner or am I just a pig?  I mean, I ate a salad before my dinner, like.. immediately prior.  I would think that would be...
